Motor slipping on rail?
Make sure rail is mounted dead level. Use a spirit level as the eye can deceive. If rail must be mounted with one end higher then make sure the lower end is as the diagram shows it otherwise drive wheel will fall away from rail and slippage will occur.
1. Unscrew rail turn 180 degrees and remount 
2. Level the rail
Please note that repairs are best done by Niccoponics in Camberwell Victoria. We do not charge for labour on repairs just the parts (Prices are kept reasonable). We understand units are urgently required so all repairs are done immediately upon being received and sent back on same day.
If you need to return your motor for service please always send with tracking number. If units get lost in transit it is your responsibility not Niccoponics.

Always include your return postage details, contact phone number or email address and a detailed description of the fault or service required.
We will contact you once we check the unit and let you know what needs to be done then send it back with either Aussie post or Fastway couriers.
Please also remember that once the goods are returned all contact information will be deleted from our records apart from the serial number of the motor, date and details of what was done.
